Generative AI Service Limitations & Improvement Technologies

KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (TIIS)

KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (TIIS) announces the special issue on generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) service limitations and improvement technologies. GenAI services are widely used to create new content in many diverse areas, which include text, voice, music, image, video, and programs. GenAI has many outstanding features, but at the same time GenAI also has many limitations, which are the focus of this special issue. This special issue call for papers (CFP) is focused on the limitations and improvement technologies of the most advanced GenAI services, which include the following topics.

• - Limitations in logical reasoning and inference
• - Limitations in making accurate predictions
• - Limitations in solving complex multi-dimensional problems
• - Limitations in strategic decision-making
• - Limitations in conversation capabilities

Additional related advanced topics are also welcome. This special issue encourages paper submissions that provide accurate examples of limitations observed in the most popular, recently updated, and fullscale GenAI service versions. Submitted papers should include a precise analysis and evidence of the problems and limitations, accurate analysis of the causes, theoretical analysis, and validated techniques that can overcome these issues and significantly improve the overall performance.

• - When submitting a paper to this special issue the 'Journal Special Issue 1' manuscript type must be selected. If a different manuscript type is selected, then the submitted paper will NOT be considered for this special issue.

Introduction:

The KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (TIIS. SCIE and SCOPUS indexed) announces the special issue on Advances in Quantum Computing and Quantum Communication. Quantum computing and quantum communication are among the most active frontiers in science and technology. In recent years, significant progress has been made in both theoretical models and experimental implementations, bringing us closer to realizing practical quantum advantages in computing, secure communication, and distributed information processing. This Special Issue aims to provide a platform for researchers to present their latest findings, innovations, and perspectives in the broad fields of quantum computing and quantum communication. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• - Quantum algorithms and complexity
• - Quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architecture
• - Quantum cryptography and QKD protocols

SCIE and SCOPUS indexed) announces the special issue on LLMs and Embodied AI for Next-Generation IoT and Wireless Communication Systems. The integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, DeepSeek, LlaMA) and Embodied Artificial Intelligence (AI) marks a transformative leap in intelligent system design. LLMs have demonstrated powerful capabilities in logical reasoning, semantic understanding, and multi-modal signal interpretation, while embodied AI enables agents to interact with and adapt to dynamic environments through perception and action. When jointly applied to Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless communication systems, these technologies offer unprecedented potential in enhancing signal processing, intelligent spectrum cognition, network optimization, and system-level security. This special issue invites high-quality and original contributions that explore theoretical advancements, algorithmic innovations, and practical applications at the intersection of LLMs, embodied AI, and IoT-oriented wireless systems.
